  2. Poor Quality: If you believe that the food you received does not meet our quality standards, please reach out to us within 24 hours of your purchase. We will review your feedback and, if deemed appropriate, offer a replacement or a full refund.

  3. Missing Items: In the event that an item is missing from your order, notify us immediately. We will verify the missing item and arrange for a replacement or issue a refund for the missing item.

  4. Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 10 minutes of placing the order. Orders cancelled within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

  1. Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind after the food has been prepared or delivered.

  2. Delayed Delivery: While we strive to deliver orders promptly, we do not offer refunds for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic or weather conditions.

Returns

As we deal with perishable food items, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, we will address it as per the refund eligibility criteria outlined above.
